Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL At The Oracle's Playground, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.

• SEALED PRODUCT All Pokémon TCG sealed products are sold as-is. We do not guarantee specific pulls, card quantities, or pack contents beyond what is stated by the manufacturer. The nature of trading card game products means contents vary by pack and cannot be controlled or guaranteed.
• DAMAGED IN TRANSIT We take great care in packaging all orders. In the rare event your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customersupport@theoraclesoracleplayground.com with photos of the damage and original packaging. We will review each case individually but cannot guarantee resolution.
• INCORRECT ORDERS If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customersupport@theoraclesoracleplayground.com with your order number and photos. We will make it right.
• LIVE RIPS All Live Rip sales are final. By purchasing a Live Rip you acknowledge that pack contents are random and no specific cards or values are guaranteed. BY COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE YOU AGREE TO THIS POLICY IN FULL.
