SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 3-5 business 
days of payment confirmation. Orders are not 
processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. 
You will receive a tracking number via email 
once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING RATES & CARRIERS
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout 
based on order weight, dimensions, and 
destination. The Oracle's Playground ships 
via USPS, UPS, or FedEx at our discretion. 
Carrier selection does not affect delivery 
timeframes quoted at checkout.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided 
by the carrier and are not guaranteed by 
The Oracle's Playground. We are not 
responsible for carrier delays, weather 
delays, or delays caused by circumstances 
outside our control.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
The customer is solely responsible for 
providing a correct and complete shipping 
address at checkout. The Oracle's Playground 
is not responsible for orders shipped to an 
incorrect address provided by the customer. 
If an order is returned to us due to an 
incorrect address, the customer will be 
responsible for additional shipping costs 
to reship the order. No refunds will be 
issued for orders lost due to incorrect 
address entry.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package is marked as delivered by 
the carrier, The Oracle's Playground is 
not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 
If your tracking shows delivered but you 
have not received your order, please first 
check with neighbors and your local post 
office. You may file a claim directly with 
the carrier. We are not liable for packages 
stolen after delivery.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us as 
undeliverable, we will contact you within 
5 business days. The customer will be 
responsible for additional shipping costs 
to reship. If no response is received 
within 14 days, the order may be restocked 
and no refund will be issued.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled 
once they have been processed and shipped. 
If your order has not yet shipped, please 
contact us immediately at customersupport@theoraclesoracleplayground.com and we will do our best to 
accommodate your request.

SHIPPING INSURANCE
The Oracle's Playground is not responsible 
for damage that occurs during transit beyond 
what is covered by the carrier. We strongly 
recommend purchasing shipping insurance for 
high value orders. Insurance options may be 
available at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time The Oracle's Playground ships 
to US addresses only. This policy is subject 
to change.
